Azueros
On over 800 acres of Tuscan-like rolling hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Gilles Saint-Gilles, the French designer, is creating Azueros- Masterfully designed and crafted villas within a sustainable community fronting the Pacific Ocean. Azueros´ local work force, trained in the techniques of Old World craftsmanship, is building masterfully designed and crafted beach-front and ocean view residences using local materials, with seventy-five percent of the project dedicated to reforestation and tropical gardens.
From estates of up to 10 acres with the equivalent of their own nature reserves to beach-front villas and studios, terraced residences in tropical garden enclaves, and apartments in a village setting, Azueros offers a variety options for those in search of their own tranquil oceanside retreat. Privacy and retreat do not mean being disconnected from the rest of the world. Residents will have access to high-speed Internet and fiber-optic communications. The community’s village with artist lofts, cafés and shops will provide all essentials plus extras like organic vegetables from Azueros´ own gardens. Among the upscale amenities: tennis courts, a beach club and spa, horse stables, wide sandy beaches, nature trails and reserves, and the Villa Camilla boutique hotel, welcoming guests since 2005.
