Las Tinajas
The name Tinajas comes from the word "tinaja", a clay piece of pottery that was used in the old days to keep the drinking water fresh. That is exactly the "fresh flavor" that we offer our customers at Tinajas Restaurant. Our authentic cuisine is based on a collection of the best traditional Panamanian recipes from around the country, carefully prepared by our chefs with the freshest native ingredients.
If you would like to learn more about the Panamanian folklore, our traditional dances and our beautiful national dress, "the pollera", make sure you don't miss one of our shows offered on Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 9:00 PM
