Embera Indian Errebache Village Tour-Colon Province
Step back in time and get to know one of the oldest cultures on the American Continent on this amazing tour of an authentic Embera Village on Panama's Caribbean. See yourself taking a canoe up a river and enjoying the flor and fauna of the Carribean coast, then joining in a traditional Embera “tambo” dance and learning about their traditional music, history, handicrafts and bathe in the Piedra river. Other activities include inner tubing in the river, paddling in a canoe with a native guide, traditional games, horseback riding and snorkeling. You can even bring your own camping equipment and stay a few nights.
Located on the banks of the Piedra river on the upper coast of Colon, only 1 ½ hours from Panama City and 30 minutes from the Colon port.
